eat less, move more

I have a friend from work who is kinda chubby, and he tells me that he used to be really skinny like me, but then got fatter because of his mom. I call BS on that, unless his mom tied him to a chair and crammed junk food down his throat. But the thing is that, after spending some time with him, I realized WHY he's getting fat. He goes on regular trips to places like Tim Hortons for a large iced cap' & donuts or go to McDonalds and order a huge ass meal completely out of a regular meal period. I just watch him eat and I'm all like "See, this is why you're getting fat."

I see it in other places as well. Obese, or even slightly obese, people (especially girls) stressing about their weights and such, and yet do not realize how much they actually eat. Most people just say they have a slow metabolism and such while stuffing another chocolate doughnut in their mouths. Mhmm.

And one mooooar thing! (Jackie Chan Adventures reference) The people stressing about weight always seem to have a misconception that you have to exercise out of your daily schedule to lose weight. They don't realize your body will return normal if you just ate less and changed your diet to healthy food. Eat less, move more.

And another thing that bewilders me is how they can afford that much food?! Especially those super morbidly obese people you see sometimes. The money must come from their parents or their spouse or something, since no one is going to pay them to be fat. Personally, if I had that much money to spend on food, I'd spend it elsewhere o3o)
